Moose on the Loose

In most parts of the world evidences of spring happen as the ice melts, the snow thaws, the weather gets warm enough for a jacket and buds start appearing on trees.  Up in the north we know spring has arrived when we start getting 12 full hours of sunlight (which turns into 20 full hours by the end of summer) and when moose start meandering through our yards.  Happy Spring!

that poor little moose looks hungry and scruffy. he really needs some tlc! glad you were able to share your lilac bush w/ him - even if it doesn't fatten him up, he'll smell SOOO good!!

Holy moose. Have you ever been chased by one?
