Cannon left for another fire today and he'll be at Mt. Hood for 14 days. I'm jealous that he gets to fly into Portland and make the beautiful drive up there. I really loved Oregon. *Sigh* But I love it here too and I'm so happy to be back. We sure had a memorable time with friends and family while we were down there! I missed Alaska while we were in Idaho and I think we could live here for the rest of our lives and be totally happy. Here's a little slide show from our trip!

I love the pictures of Caleb downin' those raspberries! If I ever had to imagine where Cannon's kiddos would grow up, it's in a raspberry patch. I am happy you guys are happy up there, but I sure miss you down here. Thank heaven for blogs/networking to easily keep up with each other.
I wish we could have been up in Idaho the same time you were there. We sure miss you guys. It looks like so much fun. Dave was so happy after talking to Cannon the other night. There has got to be a way to get together! I really love the summer get away opportunity. We are married to great guys who support us when we run away for a little while!
