Park Pics

We went for a walk to the park today and had a great time!

This last picture is just for my sisters, Lolly and Heidi. Girls, what movie do you think of when you see this picture? More specifically, what phrase? How about: "No Sonora, dont!" I have no idea what this ramp is actually used for but it's in the park and I'm going to do some investigating to see if at one time, it was a horse diving board!

Swinging in the park!

We played in the park and Caleb got to swing for the first time! We'll be going to the park as much as possible! It is a terrific park with everything a kid could want to climb, slide, hang and crawl on. Like any respectable rural town, they even have a tractor for the kiddos to play on.

Custom size tub

Caleb has his own custom size tub, which he thoroughly enjoys! I think my new name for him is Moondoggy!

I knew this day would come...

...and he didn't just unroll miles of toilet paper, he had to taste test it. Despite having the bathroom doors closed, somehow I left this one ajar and Caleb found it. He has now joined ranks with the best of the best for having found the toilet paper roll and unrolled it, with great fervor. Congratulations kid, you're in the club! (I'm shaking my head)

Something Homer Simpson would do...

Before we left for Oregon, we had a sleep over party at Aunt Lolly's. She was nice enough to let Caleb terrorize her DVD, book, nailpolish and bowl collections. Anything he could reach, he pulled out, knocked over and scattered it. He did take a break during his rampage to try and catch the fleeting DVD icon, bouncing all over the TV screen. It just reminds me of something Homer would do.

Good morning wake up call!

We were up bright and early today. 6:30am is becoming our official wake up time. This morning I gathered Caleb up and sat in the glider, snuggling with him. But after a few seconds, he noticed that his favorite toy was suddenly back in the nursery. He jack-knifed out of my lap and was instantly enthralled. As I'm typing, I can hear him in the nursery and he's figured out how to turn it on by himself! As soon as the music stops, he turns it on again! The music was dad's wake up call this morning! Ha!

Tickles and Giggles

Cannon and I are pretty tickled to find this new game to play with Caleb to get him to laugh.

Getting pushed around

Caleb is constantly pushing the high chair around. He takes breaks to study the wheels. Do you like his little church outfit? It cracks me up everytime he wears it!

Driving on Main St to our house!

This gives you a quick idea about our little neighborhood.

Caleb's first morning at the house

Caleb was excited to be in his new nursery!
